1. Purpose & Scope of Service

Shadi Krao is a premium, private, and family-oriented matrimonial platform. It is explicitly **not a dating website**. We cater solely to people with serious intentions of marriage. Any casual swiping, harassment, or non-matrimonial interactions will result in an immediate, permanent ban.

2. Dual-Stage Identity & Education Verification

To maintain the highest caliber of trust and eliminate fraudulent profiles, Shadi Krao enforces a strict Dual-Stage Verification protocol:

• Stage 1 (Intent & Registration Audit): Verification payment proof is manually reviewed by our compliance team before unlocking the portal dashboard.
• Stage 2 (Government ID & Degree Shield): Official government-issued identification (NADRA CNIC/NICOP or International Passport) and optional HEC higher education degree certificates are authenticated by dedicated safety administrators.

Falsifying official documents or misrepresenting identity constitutes a serious violation and will result in immediate permanent account termination and referral to relevant cyber law authorities.

3. The Private Photo & Contact Reveal Protocol

We prioritize candidate modesty and privacy. Profile photos remain protected and blurred by default within our Pardah Vault, backed by anti-screenshot deterrents and watermarking. Photos and direct contact numbers are only disclosed upon mutual consent between candidates and their verified family guardians.

4. Real-Time WhatsApp & Push Alerts

By registering, you consent to receive critical match alerts, verification status updates, and security OTPs via automated WhatsApp notifications and in-app alerts. Shadi Krao uses industry-grade encryption for all communication sessions to ensure complete confidentiality.

5. Transparent One-Time Fee & Zero Commission Policy

Shadi Krao champions a completely transparent, ethical pricing model:

• Local Pakistan Matches Plan: PKR 3,000 one-time flat registration fee for nationwide matches.
• Global Diaspora Plan: USD $25 one-time flat registration fee for international matches (UK, USA, Canada, UAE, Gulf, Australia, Europe).

We strictly enforce a Zero-Commission Policy post-match—meaning we never demand success fees, rishta finders cuts, or ongoing subscriptions. Since fees are immediately utilized for manual identity and document verification, contributions are non-refundable.

6. Wali (Family Chaperone) Integration

To uphold Islamic matrimonial etiquette and family dignity, we provide native Wali (Chaperone) integration. Candidates can assign parental guardians to spectate discussions, review prospects, and coordinate directly with matched families.
