Shadi Krao operates under the strict guidelines of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016. Any attempt to bypass our screenshot protection, engage in cyber-harassment, blackmail, or utilize the platform for unsolicited dating, prostitution, or financial fraud is a federal offense. We maintain zero-tolerance policies and will permanently ban and report malicious actors to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cyber Crime Wing.

2. Liability & Matchmaking Waiver

While Shadi Krao enforces a rigorous Stage 2 Identity Verification (via NADRA/HEC scans), we are a facilitator, not a guarantor. We cannot legally or morally guarantee the intrinsic character, behavioral history, or future actions of any registered individual.

It is the explicit duty of the families involved to conduct their own traditional, off-platform due diligence before finalizing a Nikkah. Shadi Krao, its founders, and its administrative staff bear absolutely no legal or financial liability for any distress, fraud, or marital disputes arising between matched families.

3. Sensitive Data Handling & Encryption

By submitting your official identification documents (CNIC/Passport/HEC Degrees) for verification, you grant our safety team temporary access to review them. These documents are processed in encrypted storage and are exclusively used for administrative approval.

Similarly, all system notifications dispatched via WhatsApp are encrypted using the AES-256-GCM protocol. We disclaim liability for data breaches resulting from compromised user devices (e.g., malware on your personal phone or stolen Google account passwords).
